Refund Policy
At CameloveDigital, we specialize in selling digital products such as eBooks. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Due to the intangible and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This is standard practice to protect the value and intellectual property of digital content.
2. Exceptions – Refunds May Be Granted If:
We will review refund requests only under the following conditions:
- The file is corrupted or unreadable, and you contact us within 3 days of purchase.
- You received the wrong product (e.g., the download link does not match the eBook you purchased).
- Technical errors on our side prevented successful download and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
In these cases, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Any screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same eBook more than once in a single account, contact us within 3 days, and we will either issue a refund for the duplicate or offer store credit.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
